- The cap seal must not be tampered with, ensuring the product remains unopened and undamaged.

- Notify ZERO CRAFT within 24hours of delivery by writing to hello@zerocraft.co.in, quoting your order number and attaching a copy of the invoice
- If the product is damaged, please attach a photo of the damaged box.
- We review every request personally and move quickly — once approved replacement bottles are shipped out right away.
