RETURNS:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 1 day of receiving the product. Please ensure the following conditions are met for a successful return:

•  Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• The cap seal must not be tampered with, ensuring the product remains unopened and undamaged.

EXCHANGE POLICIES:

REPLACEMENTS:

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or an order is short-supplied, here's how to reach us:

• Notify ZERO CRAFT within 24hours of delivery by writing to hello@zerocraft.co.in, quoting your order number and attaching a copy of the invoice
• If the product is damaged, please attach a photo of the damaged box.
• We review every request personally and move quickly — once approved replacement bottles are shipped out right away.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
